The Phillie Phanatic wowed customers outside Jilly's during the arcade's grand reopening.
The line was very long to get inside to the shop, where all of the items were 25 percent off. Each customer had a chance to get a photo with the Phanatic and then to enter for prizes.
Free tickets and Phillies merchandise were given out between 5 and 7 p.m.
Hot Spot is located on 8th and Boardwalk and is just one of the stores that Jilly's supplies.
