“Over the past few years, many nonprofit organizations have been forced to do more with less as the need for their services has increased, while funding from government grants, individual donations and corporate donations has decreased,” explained Jean Jacobson, president of the Ocean City Home Charitable Foundation.
“Now, more than ever, it is important for corporations to support the organizations that serve their communities. The Ocean City Home Charitable Foundation is pleased to offer grants to area charities for the eighth consecutive year.”
Since the Ocean City Home Charitable Foundation awarded its first grants in 2005, the organization has donated over $800,000 to charitable organizations throughout Atlantic and Cape May counties.
