To vote on 2 issues : (1) a councilperson & (2) yes/no on BYOB, do we need to maintain the polls open for 14 hours? Granted, the poll workers hardly will buy beachfront after receiving the appropriate stipends, but are we rewarding friendships
or staffing what is truly necessary ? Thank you.

It is hard to believe, after the campaign that was run by several members of the anti-BYOB group, that any ot those people could ever show their face in public again. The anonoymous posts from "party hardies" that can't wait to sack Ocean City and the youtube video was WAY out of line. So was all the fear mongering, appeals to irrational fears, misrepresentation of the facts, lack of context for the facts, and disregard for the facts (not to mention a total lack of taste). I could respect a difference of opinion and a fair debate, but not the tactics you employed to win the cause at any price. I have nothing but contempt for you and the campaign you ran. As far as I'm concerned, you showed your true colors and are finished in this town.

I've never seen a campaign that was any dirtier or base.
