Beach Fees: free
Lifeguard hours: 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; weekends only until June 6th.
Handicap Access: All beaches are accessible. Beach Patrol has sand wheelchair for people with handicaps. Beach Patrol also has a vehicle that will take visitors on the beach in their own wheelchair. No charge for services. Beach Patrol Headquarters at 15th and Beach.
Surfing beaches: Between 8th and 10th Avenue.
Surf fishing beaches: 2nd Ave. on Hereford Inlet.
Public boat ramps: 5th Ave. and the Bay.
Fishing piers: Moore's Inlet on Hereford Inlet.
Public bath house: 24th & Surf
Bicycle paths: n/a
Boardwalk hours for bicycles: Until 11am
Boardwalk hours for roller blades: Until 11am
Tennis Courts: 22nd and Delaware Avenues.
Skateboard parks: 23rd Street
