Boardwalk Railing Already Repaired
City crews replace a railing damaged in a Tuesday night car crash.
There's little sign as of Thursday of a crash off the Boardwalk at 22nd Street.
A 21-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested on drunken driving charges Tuesday night after police said he took out about 25 feet of railing.
The damage has been repaired, and there's little sign that the accident occurred aside from some slightly damaged Boardwalk planks.
See before and after photos above.

I'm assuming they will charge this fool for the cost to repair/replace the boards and railings in additon to the OT and various other expenses he cost the city.
